Why the Frisco Area?

Looking for reasons to live in Frisco?  I have come up with a list of the Top Ten Reasons to live here!

1. Job Employment. Not only is Dallas doing well economically, Frisco Texas is home to many large corporations such as T-Mobil, Ikea and just south of Frisco in Plano Texas is Frito-Lay, Pepsi Bottling and even more land for more growth and job opportunities.

2. Kid-Friendly. Frisco offers multiple children’s pediatricians, dentists, hospitals, emergency clinics, pre-school, daycares, the soft play area at Stonebriar Mall, numerous martial arts and dance studios and many more.

3. Frisco Schools. Frisco Independent School District schools are ranked top 10% in Texas. The teacher-student ratio is low ensuring high attention and focus to each of the students. The public school system in Frisco can be compared to private education systems.

4. Nice Communities. Frisco neighborhoods are well kept up, with pride and ownership in each home.

5. Growing Population. The city of Frisco has kept up with the growing population by building new venues for entertainment, shopping and dining. Restaurants, retail outlets and homes are popping up around the Frisco area.

6. Shopping. Frisco is home to the largest mall in North Texas, Stonebriar Centre Mall. Also in Frisco is Ikea, a privately held, international home products retailer that sells flat pack furniture, accessories, and bathroom and kitchen items.

7. Entertainment. Frisco is home to the Frisco Roughriders at the Dr. Pepper Ballpark, FC Dallas at the Pizza Hut Park, Fieldhouse for basketball and NHL Dallas Stars training facility at Dream Center.

8. Outdoor Activities. The City of Frisco offers a variety of 43 city parks and amenities, including hiking trails. Frisco offers three public golf courses: Plantation Resort, Westin Stonebriar and the Trails of Frisco and many private neighborhoods have their own golf courses.

9. Close to Major Highways. With completion of the Dallas North Tollway into Frisco, transportation to downtown Dallas is quick and easy. The Dallas Fort Worth Airport is getting easier, only taking about 25 minutes.

10. Low Crime Rates. The crime rate in Frisco Texas is low compared to surrounding cities allowing peace of mind, knowing you are in a safe community.
